In his stores, Walton attracted store directors to cooperate, allowing them to invest in business development. The idea of building storage facilities to store Walmart products made it possible to save significant company funds.

Walton found a unique approach to women. He believed that once a store gained love and interest from women, the store began to bring increased profits.
